Cheech is a recurring character in Fanboy & Chum Chum. He is one of Fanboy and Chum Chum' classmates and friends who attends Galaxy Hills Elementry School.
Biography
Not much is known about Cheech.
Personality
Not much is known about his personality, though he is shown to be rather free-spirited and friendly. Despite being rather nice, he sometimes tends to act nasty.
He also acts rather childish and goofy. However despite acting silly he often does rather mature task such as delivering newspapers in "There Will Be Shrieks".
Physical Appearance
Cheech is a tall and slender. He has pill shaped body with creamy beige skin. He has short, choppy, and slightly spiked jet black hair with a few strands hanging over the forehead. He wears a brown and yellow striped beret on his head. He has a rectangular round head, round large eyes, and a round nose. He has skinny limbs. He has small pointed, rectangular round ears that stick out horizontally from the sides of his head. He has a short torso and long arms and legs.
He wears a short-sleeved, collared T-shirt under white overalls. The shirt is olive green with brown horizontal stripes on the sleeves and chest. He wears white fishing boots.

He is first seen in the classroom being uninterested in Kyle’s entrance.

He appears in the class photo being grossed out by how bad Fanboy and Chum Chum smell.

Cheech mocks Janitor Poopatine’s last name
He first appears by acting goofy in class. He and the rest students laughed at Russ Poopatine’s last name.
"Dollar Day"
He can be seen outside of the Frosty Mart.
"The Hard Sell"
He tries to purchase from Oz.
"Fanboy Stinks"
Like everyone else, he is grossed out by how bad Fanboy smells. He is later seen at the bake sale.
"I, Fanbot"
He and rest of his classmates (except Kyle) believed Fanboy as a robot became smarter despite not being able to answer 2 plus 2. When his class failed the test, he and the rest of the students (except Chum Chum) tried to beat up Fanboy.
"Berry Sick"
He appears as a zombie trying to attack Lenny then later Fanboy and Chum Chum.
"Chimp Chomp Chumps"
He and the rest of the class laugh at Boog after he says embarrassing things about himself.
"Precious Pig"
He along with his classmates get mad at Fanboy and shun him after thinking he tried to commit animal abuse by trying to bash Precious on the head.
"Moppy Dearest"
He attends the school dance. He later gets angry at Fanboy due to interrupting Man-Arctica’s performance.
"Norse-ing Around"
He appears with the other classmates trying to get the gold stars.
"Excuse Me"
He appears playing tag with Lupe, Nancy, Michael, Cher and Kyle.
"Marsha, Marsha, Marsha"
He appears in a flashback taking a test with the rest of his class.

He like the rest of his classmates disliked the glop Lunch Lady Cram made.

He is seen at the school playground playing on the monkey bars along with Fanboy, Chum Chum, Lupe, Nancy, Chris Chuggy and Michael.

He can be seen in Boog’s car, along with his classmates, the kindergarteners, some adults and some animals.

Cheech as a pirate
He goes on a pirate adventure with his friends to find the treasure chest. He like the rest of his friends got angry at Fanboy and Chum Chum for searching for a treasure chest with gross things inside.
"Separation Anxiety"
He appears in the classroom doing his own things. He also watches Fanboy and Chum Chum’s attempts to get back together. He along with the rest of his classmates (except Fanboy, Chum Chum and Kyle) all get sucked in by the wormhole.

He can be seen in the school hallway.
"The Book Report of the Dead"
He can be seen running in school hallway.
"Fan-bidextrous"
He and rest of his classmates all found Fanboy funny.

He can be seen waiting in line for Yo and Lupe’s lemonade.

He is seen at the playground playing getting a Frosty Freezie Freeze.

He can be seen getting excited about Chum Chum being a Chulk and wanting to play with him.

He goes to the Frosty Mart to make his Icemas wish. He later gets upset when he finds out Mr. Mufflin was dressed up as Man-Arctica.

He and the rest of the class laugh at Fanboy’s face. He later appears with his friends taking the class picture but he and the others (except Fanboy and Chum Chum) get pied in the face.
"The Winners"
He and the rest of the town go against Fanboy and Chum Chum and tried to steal their prize cup.

He and the rest of the students (except Kyle) are happy with Fanboy’s eraser.
"Heroes vs. Villains"
He can be seen looking scared when Kyle appears.
"Buddy Up"
Cheech and Nancy buddied up
He becomes buddies with Nancy for the field trip to the Dinosaur Museum.

He and the rest his classmates try to enjoy their time when Fanboy starts playing pranks with the school bell.

- He might be a spoof on Cheech Marin.
- He was first seen delivering papers when Fanboy and Chum Chum found out it was too early to go trick-or-treating (There Will Be Shrieks).
- His first speaking role was in "The Janitor Strikes Back" when mocking Janitor Poopatine, but had Chum Chum's voice as an error. His first true real voice-speaking role was in "Slime Day", when getting slimed.
- In "Night Morning", he was strangely not seen during the montage of the guests leaving angrily.
